Project Manager, Birmingham, C

£65,000 p.a. (Depending on experience).

Monday‑Friday, 6.30am‑2.30pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating site teams to ensure timely, safe and profitable delivery of window and door projects.
• Attend pre‑start meetings and liaise closely with clients throughout the process.
• Take contracts from pre‑site through to successful hand‑over.
• Valuations.
• Work closely with the manufacturing department to coordinate the delivery of products and materials.
• Ensure sites are resourced correctly, including use of sub‑contract labour and liaison with clients on progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager from a fenestration background is essential.
• Experience dealing with multi‑million pound commercial projects and controlling multiple sites simultaneously.
• Background with uPVC and Aluminium.
• SMSTS and CSCS Card (Black) advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding problem‑solving skills, decisive judgment and evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Great knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
• Highly motivated with attention to detail.
• Calm and level‑headed.
