About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pro Makeup Artist to join the team of a fast‑growing, contemporary luxury beauty brand within a prestigious retail environment in Central London.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled artist who combines exceptional technical ability with a strong client‑focused approach. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in delivering elevated makeup services, driving sales performance, and acting as a brand ambassador on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high‑level professional makeup applications and personalised consultations, creating memorable and bespoke client experiences.
Translate artistry expertise into wearable, modern looks that enhance each client’s individual features and style.
Build strong relationships with clients through thoughtful consultations, artistry expertise, and tailored product recommendations.
Drive sales performance through storytelling, product education, and confident cross‑selling.
Maintain an exceptional standard of artistry and hygiene at all times, ensuring the counter remains visually immaculate and inviting.
Support in hosting events, masterclasses, and brand activations to engage both new and existing clients.
Act as a role model within the team by demonstrating best‑in‑class artistry, service standards, and brand storytelling.
Support team training and development by sharing techniques, artistry knowledge, and product expertise.
Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive client‑eling, follow‑ups, and personalised service.
Ensure strong knowledge of product collections, ingredients, and brand philosophy to confidently guide clients.
Collaborate with the wider retail team to maximise footfall engagement and drive commercial results.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a professional makeup artist within luxury beauty or prestige retail.
Exceptional artistry skills with a strong portfolio of makeup work.
Confident delivering full makeup services, tutorials, and personalised consultations.
Strong sales ability with a passion for delivering elevated customer experiences.
A natural communicator who builds genuine connections with clients.
