Position: Food & Beverage Manager
This is a great opportunity for an experienced food and beverage professional to lead the catering operations at Bolsover Castle, delivering approximately £300,000 income per annum.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of F&B Operations, including food safety, cost controls, compliance and menu planning.
- Line manage a team of Food & Beverage Assistants with support from the Food & Beverage Supervisor, conduct PDRs, produce rotas and perform other relevant team management duties.
- Deliver and maintain an F&B operation that produces the stated income per year.
- Motivate a diverse team to excel and ensure efficient, organised operations.
Qualifications
- Natural leader with significant experience of delivering an F&B operation and managing a diverse team.
- Demonstrable experience previously managing an F&B outlet in a similar environment.
- Strong hospitality background with organisational and efficiency skills; thrives in a hospitality environment.
