Job DescriptionCompliance Coordinator (Part-Time)Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days per week)Salary: £15,795 – £16,500 per yearWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality care services. This role plays a key part in ensuring our operations consistently meet regulatory requirements, internal standards, and franchise guidelines.You will work closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement, maintain compliance, and uphold the highest standards of care for our clients.Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Coordinator:Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations, legislation, franchise standards, and brand guidelinesProvide guidance and support to internal teams on policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworksConduct internal audits to monitor and improve service quality, escalating issues where appropriateAnalyse trends and implement action plans to enhance performance and complianceIdentify, assess, and manage compliance risks across the businessSupport preparation for regulatory inspections and franchise auditsPromote and uphold Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities in all aspects of service delivery and employmentContribute to the smooth and successful operation of the business through additional duties as requiredEssential CriteriaSound knowledge of current Health & Social Care legislation and regulationsExperience working to quality standards and compliance frameworksAbility to carry out detailed quality reviews and provide constructive feedbackA genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and supporting individuals to live independently at homeStrong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyConfidence in identifying and escalating non-compliance issuesExcellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressureGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, databases, and virtual communication toolsHighly organised, adaptable, and flexible approachThis is an opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining and improving care standards, making a real difference in people’s lives.
