Infrastructure Project Manager – M&A

What the day will look like

Take ownership of end-to-end project and programme management for corporate development initiatives, spanning due diligence through to integration and transition.

Act as the central hub for sophisticated M&A activity, coordinating collaborators across corporate development, the business, and external counterparties to keep projects moving smoothly.

Lead structured governance and delivery, building robust project plans, aligning schedules, managing risks, and overseeing budgets across multiple workstreams.

Drive clear, consistent communication, ensuring all parties are aligned on priorities, milestones, and deliverables throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Produce insightful reporting and analysis across individual projects and the wider portfolio, enabling informed decisionu2011making by senior stakeholders.

Champion continuous improvement, capturing lessons learned, strengthening relationships with workstream leads, and feeding improvements back into future deals and processes.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Experience in the insurance industry (e.g. broking or underwriting property & casualty or specialty lines)

Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams

Clear written and verbal communication skills

An analytical approach and enthusiastic appetite to learn and develop your skills

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach

Progress toward or completion of relevant insurance qualifications (e.g. ACII)

Language skills: English (additional foreign language skills beneficial).
