The Air Logistics Healthcare Product Lead is a senior product management professional responsible for the development, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of Kuehne+Nagelu2019s Air Logistics Healthcare service portfolio. This role acts as a global product owner, ensuring market relevant, compliant, and high quality healthcare airfreight solutions across the network. The position bridges product strategy, operational excellence, quality compliance, and customer centric innovation in a highly regulated environment.
**How you create impact**
Own the end to end development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Air Logistics Healthcare service portfolio, from concept through global rollout and lifecycle management.
Monitor healthcare market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory trends to evolve and expand airfreight healthcare solutions proactively.
Analyze competitive landscape, customer feedback, and internal input to optimize existing products and initiate new healthcare air logistics offerings.
Ensure global adoption, performance steering, and governance of the Kuehne+Nagel Air Logistics Healthcare product suite across regions and countries.
Drive product and operational excellence by supporting continuous improvement initiatives and standardizing healthcare handling, pricing elements, and value added services in alignment with operations and corporate pricing.
Safeguard operational quality and compliance by ensuring full adherence to CEIV Pharma, GxP, WHO GDP, EU GDP, and IATA Temperature Controlled Regulations, maintaining audit ready status at all times.
Provide expert internal consulting, technical support, and training for healthcare transportation, packaging, and handling, working closely with QSHE, the HyperCare team, and governing bodies such as IATA.
Act as a global healthcare logistics ambassador by representing Kuehne + Nagel at industry forums and exhibitions and contributing to external communications and thought leadership.
**What we would like you to bring**
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience of 5-10 years in Air Logistics, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences supply chains.
Excellent knowledge of the healthcare industry and customer requirements, including temperature controlled and time critical transportation.
Strong understanding of quality driven logistics environments and healthcare compliance principles.
Demonstrated experience in project management and/or product development within logistics or supply chain services.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate market and customer needs into scalable product solutions.
Confident stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across global, regional, and country organizations.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
