A growing professional services firm is seeking a commercially focused Head of FP&A to build and embed a high-performing commercial finance function while partnering closely with the CEO and executive board to shape and deliver strategic objectives.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will transform the FP&A function into a forward-looking, insight-led capability that underpins strategic decision-making. Acting as a key business partner to the CEO and board, they will provide robust financial analysis, forecasting, and commercial insight to support growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed a commercially driven FP&A function aligned to business strategy
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and deliver long-term strategic plans
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and modelling to inform key decisions
- Develop meaningful KPIs and performance reporting for board-level insight
- Support pricing strategy and commercial decision-making
- Deliver clear, concise reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience delivering strategic financial insight at executive/board level
- Strong commercial acumen within a professional services or similar environment
- Track record of building or evolving FP&A functions
