We are inviting a proactive, results‑driven store manager to lead retail operations, inspire a high‑performing team, and deliver world‑class service.
Responsibilities
- Support and motivate the in‑store team on a day‑to‑day basis to achieve store targets by identifying and maximising opportunities to exceed KPIs.
- Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back‑of‑house activities enable successful commercial execution.
- Be trained to become a Pandora product expert and nurture your team to unlock their full potential and support succession.

Key qualifications
- Proven experience driving sales and profitability in store.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service culture.
- Ability to translate Pandora’s local and global business strategy into store, regional, and division KPIs.
- Experience using data to identify trends, issues, root causes and taking action to deliver results.
- Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high‑performing team.
- Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
- Well‑presented appearance with taste for desirable products and passion for retail.
