Senior Planned Operations Manager
Leading a £28m investment programme across 58,000 homes.
We are seeking a senior leader in planned maintenance and capital works to take accountability for the delivery of a major £28m planned investment programme. This is a high-impact role focused on ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to a consistently high standard, while driving long-term value and service improvement.
Scope of the role
You will provide strategic and operational leadership across planned and cyclical works, including:
- Kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows, and external programmes
- Multi-disciplinary teams and external delivery partners
- Large-scale budget management and financial oversight
- Contract performance and supplier management
- Compliance, safety, and regulatory standards
- Long-term asset planning and investment strategy
The profile
We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record in:
- Planned works, capital delivery, or asset management
- Managing multi-million-pound budgets
- Leading operational teams and external contractors
- Driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement
- Senior stakeholder engagement across housing or construction environments
- Qualified to CIH Level 4 or willing to work towards
