We are working with a well established Central London Property Company, to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Manager on a 12-month FTC. You will join a well-established team, managing a high-quality mixed-use portfolio across office, retail and F&B assets.
The Role
- Day-to-day tenant and lease management across a diverse commercial portfolio
- Handling licences to assign, sublet and alter, working closely with legal teams
- Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations and variance reporting
- Managing arrears, credit control and tenant relationships
- Coordinating maintenance, inspections and planned works with FM and project teams
- Supporting asset management initiatives and wider portfolio strategy
About You
- Ideally MRICS qualified with 5+ years’ post-qualified experience
- Strong background in commercial property / portfolio management
- Solid understanding of service charge
- Confident handling tenant negotiations and legal processes
- Commercial mindset with the ability to manage a complex, mixed-use portfolio
