Job Overview

As a Workday Consultant in Deloitte’s Workday Financial Management Practice, you will partner with clients to design and build analytics solutions using Workday PRISM and other Workday modules. You will lead functional design, prototyping, and process design stages of Workday implementations, driving innovation and cost reduction.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to develop their reporting and analytics across financial and non-financial datasets using Workday PRISM analytics toolset.
  • Design end-to-end PRISM data pipelines, including mapping and transformation requirements, and build associated reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrate experience building composite reports.
  • Plan and deliver scope and deliverables of the team.
  • Manage stakeholders using clear communication and build strong client relationships.
  • Understand and manage ERP delivery project risks.
  • Work collaboratively within an inclusive team and support development of individuals and teams.

Qualifications (Essentials)

  • Experience in ERP, EPM and cloud computing (including storage, platforms and data).
  • PRISM analytics and reporting certifications and relevant experience with Workday Financials.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
  • Clear understanding of risk in ERP delivery projects.
  • At least two Workday implementations, with PRISM/reporting experience in at least one.

Desirable (Preferred)

  • Finance or equivalent background.
  • Comfortable communicating technical issues with business people and vice versa.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in plain language to a broad audience.
  • Ability to craft compelling stories for different audiences.
  • Demonstrated business domain and/or industry knowledge.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team.
  • Effective project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership and self-direction.
  • Experience in consulting or professional services.

Working Arrangement

Role based in a UK office with a hybrid working policy. Flexibility to work in local office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites and remotely, depending on role requirements.
