- Leadership & Engineering Excellence

- Oversee the engineering analysis, design calculations, and performance testing of mechanical systems

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and client specifications
- Project Management & Delivery
- Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion
- Coordinate the integration of mechanical systems with other disciplines, ensuring cohesive project outcomes
- Develop and manage engineering schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular reviews of project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines and quality targets are met
- Client & Stakeholder Interaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored engineering solutions
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing technical advice and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports for clients, stakeholders, and senior management

What You Bring to the Table
Essential
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven track record (10+ years) in mechanical engineering, with experience leading teams
- In‑depth knowledge of mechanical systems design, analysis, and testing
- Strong project management skills, including experience delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Desirable
- Chartered Engineer status (or working towards)
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in a leadership or senior engineering role on large‑scale projects
