Planning supports the government’s growth agenda and Pegasus Group has experienced a growing demand for its services. As such, we are expanding our Planning team in Birmingham.
Responsibilities
As Planning Director, you will lead planning applications, manage projects, and mentor a small team. You will advise and promote a range of planning projects while ensuring compliance with development management and planning policy.
Qualifications
- Chartered member of the RTPI
- Proven experience advising and promoting planning projects
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead planning applications
- Extensive knowledge of development management and planning policy
- Experience leading and mentoring a small team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
