The Role:

The Supply Chain Quality Manager is responsible for building Wild’s end-to-end quality management system, distilling established Unilever practices - spanning our supply chain network across contract manufacturers and 3PLs. Working effectively across multiple functions, this person designs the processes, standards and controls that prevent quality failures before they reach customers, and leads resolution when they do.

This is a hands‑on, field‑facing role. Approximately 30% of your time will be spent on‑site at supplier facilities and 3PL warehouses across the UK and internationally - observing processes firsthand, building relationships with operational teams and identifying and resolving issues.

This is a junior to mid level role which reports into our Head of Supply Chain.
