This is a high-impact, data-driven role where you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day category performance, freeing up senior leadership to focus on long-term strategy. The role:

• Own and deliver regular category and performance reporting across multiple channels
• Analyse data from sources such as Nielsen and retailer CAD to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable insights to the wider business.
• Support the development of category strategies through robust data analysis.
• Bring clarity to a complex and fast-moving category with growing SKU ranges and touchpoints
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure category insights drive commercial decisions
• Build relationships and work with customers across the likes of convenience and high - street channels

You’ll be / have:

• Experience in a category, insights or data-focused role (FMCG or agency side welcome)
• Highly numerate with strong Excel skills and a passion for working with data
• Naturally curious - someone who enjoys digging into the “why” behind the number.
• Comfortable working in a structured, routine-driven environment
• A detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and insight quality
