The Water business unit within Kier’s Natural Resources division delivers a diverse range of projects across all stages of their lifecycle. As a Senior Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of major, complex multi‑discipline infrastructure projects that have a lasting impact on communities. You’ll be working on large‑scale civil engineering and mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation (MEICA) projects, or managing a portfolio of smaller schemes. This role is initially required for a large multi‑discipline project currently in its Early Contractor Involvement and Outline Design stage, working under IChemE conditions of contract.
Working as part of an integrated planning team, you’ll develop robust programmes, monitor progress, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure successful project execution. You may also mentor and support junior members of the planning team, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
We’re all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don’t tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
We’re proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs. You can see more information of benefits here.
