Your Role
We are looking to appoint an ICT, Business and Enterprise Teacher from 1st September 2026 to join our highly dedicated team at The Pendlebury Centre, including Cedars and Pendlebury Paths in Stockport.
About You
You’ll be an exceptional and inspirational teacher of ICT, Business and Enterprise who will lead on the development of the curriculum offer and raise the profile of Digital Mastery across the Centre. Be responsible for planning and evaluating the impact of the curriculum so that students feel motivated and inspired by the subject.
As a Teacher of ICT, Business and Enterprise, you will deliver outstanding teaching and learning which will help students make excellent progress.
You will provide a nurturing classroom environment that helps students grow as learners.
The successful applicant should be a resilient and driven individual who can work effectively as part of the wider Pendlebury team.
Could this be you? You will be an outstanding and reflective practitioner with a passion for improving the life chances of our young people and their families based within Stockport.
You will bring experience gained in a mainstream or Alternative Provision, with an understanding of both mainstream and special education across the secondary age range.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent operational management skills with experience in developing the curriculum and evaluating the quality of teaching and learning to secure maximum progress for all.
