Salary: £29,000 per annum with a car allowance of £3,000 per annum. Contract: Full time, permanent. Hours of Work: 8am‑5pm Mon‑Thur, 8am‑4.30pm Fri.

Job Summary
We are recruiting for a Tenant Liaison Officer to manage the customer/resident journey following client and company engagement procedures. The role involves consulting and supporting residents before, during and after works; identifying vulnerable tenants; safeguarding resident data; and building relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, site‑based staff and the local community.
Responsibilities
- Consulting and supporting residents prior to, during and after works to their homes.
- Identifying vulnerable tenants and any additional needs they might need accommodated.
- Ensuring all resident data is kept safe and secure in line with the company and client GDPR policies.
- Managing the customer/resident journey whilst following client and company engagement procedures.
- Developing effective working relationships with residents, clients, sub‑contractors, site‑based personnel, local stakeholders, the local community and the Customer Care department.
- Carrying out choice events, consultation events and individual consultations with residents regarding future work.
- Carrying out individual resident inductions, including introduction to process, scope of works, property and personal belongings condition surveys inclusive of photographs for evidence.
- Agreeing access arrangements with the resident and booking appointments to enable the work to their home.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year working in a customer‑facing role within the construction industry.
- A full UK driving licence.
- GCSEs and above, or equivalent qualification.
- The ability to efficiently organise a fluctuating workload.
- Customer service skills alongside strong and effective communication skills.
- An understanding of H&S regulations and working practices relating to construction sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- A basic understanding of retrofit.
