What you will do
- Design and build the product from the ground up using a modern stack including Python, React, Next.js, and Temporal.
- Lead cross-disciplinary engineering efforts with full autonomy to validate, gather feedback, and iterate based on direct customer interactions.
- Architect elegant, simple solutions for complex technical challenges while maintaining high velocity using AI-native development practices.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses at least 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with a degree in CS, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- Demonstrates deep proficiency with LLM tools and agent frameworks such as Langsmith, RAG, and prompt engineering to accelerate development.
- Exhibits a strong product mindset with the ability to create beautiful user experiences and a philosophical belief in AI-accelerated SDLC.
