Responsibilities
The role is responsible for identifying strategic and tactical changes to products, services and pricing, and delivering business change initiatives under the guidance of the Head of Proposition and Pricing. It involves analysis, design support, configuration, testing, and leading training and stakeholder engagement communications. The position acts as SME on change projects delivering changes to products & services and collaborates with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver enhancements.
- Provide the business support necessary to meet commercial strategy and business objectives, as required.
- Process all business in accordance with required processes & proactive pipeline management. Proactively develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and 3rd party firms.
- Maintain core systems ensuring that all tasks are carried out and completed in line with company policy and procedures.
- Prioritise workload to ensure all activities are timely, compliant, and conducted in a manner that will meet the agreed performance standards and deliver outstanding service to internal and external clients.
- Maintain an awareness of, and act in accordance with, all Compliance and legislative obligations and maintain key product and service documents, including Product & Service roadmap, revenue drivers roadmap, Product and Proposition scope /target market documents, delivery plans, risk, issue, assumption, and decision logs; and Teams SharePoint site.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly verbal; Dispute resolution, stakeholder management.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Visio, SharePoint, Skype and Project software.
- Professional telephone manner along with excellent written communication skills; to have an eye for detail.
- Experience working in a project environment, either as a Project team member, project administrator, or workstream lead.
- Experience of working within highly regulated industries.
Desired
- Previous experience / knowledge of Financial Services – including Operational and/ or adviser charging experience.
- Excellent standard of Education, including Project Management and/or Financial Qualifications (for example PRINCE 2, Business Analytics).
