Senior FP&A Analyst | PE-Backed SaaS | London | Hybrid
We are partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business who are looking for an Senior FP&A Analyst to join a fast-evolving finance function. This is a key analytical role within an international business operating across Europe and the United States, focused on scaling through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
The Role
This position will act as the analytical engine of the finance team, supporting business performance through high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and commercial insight.
You will work closely with senior leadership to translate financial data into meaningful business intelligence, supporting decision‑making across commercial, operational, and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts
- Deliver detailed variance analysis and performance tracking
- Monitor and report on key SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, cohort performance)
- Support board and investor reporting with analysis and commentary
- Build and enhance KPI dashboards and reporting tools
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to support decision‑making
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting
Qualifications
- 2–5 years’ experience in FP&A or a strong analytical finance role
- Experience within SaaS, subscription, technology, or data‑driven businesses preferred
- Strong understanding of financial and operational performance metrics
- Advanced Excel skills with exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Looker or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
- Proactive, commercially minded, and intellectually curious approach
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex data simply
