Here at Rainbows Children’s Hospice, we provide specialist palliative and end‑of‑life care to over 750 babies, children and young people with life‑limiting or life‑threatening conditions, and support around 3,000 family members, siblings and carers across the East Midlands. Our purpose is simple: to brighten short lives and support families wherever they are.

As a Hospice at Home Nursing Associate, you will be part of the Rainbows team delivering clinical care to babies, children and young people within their own homes, offering essential support to parents and carers. The role includes assessment within your scope of practice and delivering planned day‑to‑day care based on individual needs. Hospice at Home operates seven days a week.

Location: Based at Rainbows Hospice with travel across the East Midlands (Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire). A driving licence is required.

Hours: Monday‑Sunday, 8am‑6pm. Flexibility is required, including occasional work outside standard hours to meet end‑of‑life needs.

About the Role

We are seeking a Band 4 Nursing Associate to support the Lead Nurse in delivering an expert Hospice at Home service, enhancing the experience of babies, children, young people and families requiring palliative and end‑of‑life care.
