Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Building Services Maintenance

We are recruiting a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Building Services Maintenance team based near Stoke Football Stadium. The role involves onsite repairs, working closely with two other engineers, and assisting them during their tasks.

Ideal Candidate Background

Experience working within Building Services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security, Hire, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) for a range of buildings
• Carry out repairs and respond to call-outs on site
• Participate in a 1 in 6 on‑call rota
• Assist other engineers during scheduled tasks

Benefits and Compensation

• Basic salary up to £40,000
• £2,000 annual bonus
• 33 days holiday, including bank holidays

Qualifications

• Experience performing repairs across various buildings – essential
• Electrical background with health and safety knowledge – essential
• Certificate & Guidance or NVQ Level 2 or above – desirable
• CRB checked – essential
