Senior Refrigeration Engineer

Job Overview

Arcus FM is hiring an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service multi‑site retail clients in the Northampton area. The role involves travelling across a wide geographical area to maintain supermarket refrigeration systems, providing diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Requirements

• Valid UK driver’s licence
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• CO2 Qualification
• Supermarket refrigeration experience
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills
• Strong work ethic with Health & Safety awareness

Additional Information

• Role hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On‑call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
