Section Engineer

Position Overview

Astute's contract team is partnering with a Tier 1 contractor on Devonport Dockyard to recruit a Section Engineer for a 6‑month rolling contract. This role is Inside IR35.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work as a Section Engineer, managing technical aspects of civil engineering projects and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have previously worked on a dockyard or on a nuclear license site.
• Degree or equivalent in Engineering.
• Must have experience as a Section Engineer before.
• Must be civils focused and have worked on structural civils previously.

Compensation

Rate disclosed on the call.
