Commercial Manager - Data Centre

Location: Midlands

Salary: £100-120k + package

This rapidly expanding specialist international contractor is looking for a senior commercial professional for its UK business. Based in the Midlands, the successful applicant will work on high‑profile Data Centre projects and take account management responsibility for a key client account.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with the commercial and engineering teams, clients, and key stakeholders, the Commercial Manager leads day‑to‑day activities on large‑scale Data Centre projects, with a particular focus on high‑voltage electrical engineering.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related subject
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior commercial role
• Background working for leading Tier 1 contractors
• Data Centre and/or HV project experience is preferable, although experience of similarly large and complex schemes is also of interest
