About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience. No two days are ever the same, which is part of the fun.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by helping customers find the perfect product and completing their purchase at the till.
- Provide our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on sizing and style.
- Own visual merchandising and product presentation, helping customers find what they need and discovering items they didn’t even know they needed.
- Maintain store standards, front and back, including managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adhering to health and safety procedures.
