Patchwork offers a range of different solutions, including temporary staff banks, which enable organisations to source temporary staff from their own pool of approved workers; collaborative staff banks, which help healthcare organisations team up with others in the same region to widen and share their temporary staffing pools; an innovative new rostering solution which enables more flexible, sustainable staffing for permanent healthcare staff; and an Agency Manager which makes it easier for managers to select appropriate temporary staff from external agencies when necessary. Patchwork Insights also provides managers with comprehensive data oversight, to monitor staffing trends, shift fill rates and pay rate escalations, and reliably plan ahead to prevent staffing gaps.

The Role

Patchwork's Implementation Managers are responsible for delivering project implementations for Patchwork's software solutions and have an overarching responsibility to drive successful outcomes for the projects they are assigned.

You will need to have a deep understanding of the needs of our clients, and how to configure and deliver our products to meet those needs, all the while providing an excellent client experience. You must also be able to work independently throughout projects, including when creating proposals and delivering product demonstrations. Carrying deep and trained knowledge of project management methods and respecting our internal project governance framework and best practice, to ensure timely delivery of all projects to scope and budget. Working closely with and receiving support from Implementation Consultants and other members of the Implementation Team.

Everyone in Implementation is capable of assisting on projects across all products, but you will primarily be focused on our Rota implementations.
