The Opportunity
We are representing a high-growth crypto payments and treasury platform that enables businesses to manage digital assets at scale. The company is building the infrastructure for the next generation of business payments and works with an expanding network of partners across financial services and fintech.
As a Sales & Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for both owning and scaling this partner network. This is a high-visibility, externally focused role sitting at the intersection of business development and partnership management. You will act as the face of the business, tasked with identifying new commercial opportunities and driving the proactive growth of the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, engage, and progress new partnership and sales opportunities in line with the group’s commercial strategy.
- Network Growth: Manage and develop a robust network of partners across financial institutions, PSPs, and fintech firms.
- Market Presence: Attend global conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the brand and expand its presence in target verticals.
- Active Relationship Management: Maintain regular, proactive contact with existing partners to identify opportunities for deeper collaboration and cross‑selling.
- Roadmap Advocacy: Keep partners and prospects fully informed about current products, services, and upcoming developments to drive adoption.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with product and leadership teams to ensure external messaging is accurate and high‑impact
- Pipeline Intelligence: Maintain clear records of all pipeline activity, partner engagement, and broader market intelligence.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in financial services sales, partnerships, or relationship management.
- Domain Expertise: A background in payments, FX, fintech, or crypto is strongly encouraged.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across financial services.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex product features into clear, persuasive language for diverse audiences.
- Self‑Direction: Highly organized and capable of managing a complex sales pipeline and external calendar independently.
- Industry Interest: A genuine interest in digital assets, crypto payments, and the evolution of financial infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
- An established network of contacts across financial institutions or PSPs.
- Experience working with treasury, finance, or compliance teams at the enterprise level.
- Prior commercial exposure to digital asset businesses, either as a client or in a professional role.
