As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the full lifecycle of cost and procurement management, contributing to the successful delivery of technically complex construction projects. Working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, you will gain exposure to both pre- and post-contract activities while developing your expertise through structured training and professional development. This role is designed to support progression towards Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within budget and to the highest standards. By working closely with clients and technical teams, you will help drive informed decision-making, manage financial risk and contribute to the successful execution of innovative engineering and construction solutions.
Support fund monitoring and due diligence processes. Assist with a range of pre- and post-contract surveying duties
A minimum 2:1 degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc or BEng) is required, alongside strong MS Office skills and excellent written and verbal communication. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a technical environment. A full UK driving licence and eligibility for security clearance are desirable.
This role is based in our Southampton office, with a hybrid working model typically involving 2-3 days in the office and flexibility for remote working.
