What you’ll do
We are currently hiring for an Invoice Query Administrator based in Slough on a hybrid working basis (2 days working from home – after probation period) Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
The invoice Query Administrator is responsible for logging, investigating & resolving customer invoice queries.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Input customer invoice queries received by telephone or in writing
- Investigate queries, calculate any credit due and recommend credit value where necessary, in particular specific credit reasons
- Work within specified timescales for resolution of Invoice Queries within allocated locations
- Assist outside of allocated locations as required
- Complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processed
