What you’ll do

We are currently hiring for an Invoice Query Administrator based in Slough on a hybrid working basis (2 days working from home – after probation period) Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm.

The invoice Query Administrator is responsible for logging, investigating & resolving customer invoice queries.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Input customer invoice queries received by telephone or in writing
  • Investigate queries, calculate any credit due and recommend credit value where necessary, in particular specific credit reasons
  • Work within specified timescales for resolution of Invoice Queries within allocated locations
  • Assist outside of allocated locations as required
  • Complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processed
