Job Description:

Overview

Major Players are partnering with a global, independent creative design agency to hire a Digital Project Manager. With a team of approximately 50 people worldwide, including a core London hub of 30, they deliver high-end branding and digital projects.

This is a unique, hybrid opportunity for a Digital Project Manager who possesses strong Account Management capabilities. You will act as the “super glue” between clients and internal design and development teams, owning the end-to-end project lifecycle for digital work, ranging from complex web builds and app development to EDMs and social media campaigns. You will be responsible for balancing creative ambitions with practical delivery constraints, ensuring every digital touchpoint aligns perfectly with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end to end digital projects, predominantly web design and builds.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients across digital projects, building trust through expertise and transparency while identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Coordinate design phases and technical delivery, effectively bridging the gap between client requirements and developers and designers.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail; you must be able to spot design inconsistencies and ensure all output matches approved briefs.
  • Take full responsibility for project finances and resource allocation through proactive collaboration across the agency ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows.
  • Leverage new tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance delivery and efficiency.

Skills required

  • 5+ years of experience in the end-to-end delivery of high-level website designs and builds.
  • Essential experience required within a branding or design agency environment.
  • Be as comfortable in a client-facing strategy meeting as you are managing technical workflows and briefing developers.
