Security Shift Leader

Overview

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London Hotel is seeking a Security Shift Leader to ensure the safety and security of staff and guests.

Shift Pattern

2 Day shifts, 2 Night shifts and 4 Offs (12 hours per shift)

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others
• Ensures employees, guests and visitors’ safety and security within the hotel
• Knowledgeable in all security and safety standard operating procedures and fully trained in the hotel emergency, crisis procedures and evacuation protocols
• Effectively manages their department and is a hands‑on shift leader
• Available to work day and night shifts
• Has previous experience as a Senior Security Officer or Security Shift Leader
