Cleaning Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands‑on Cleaning Supervisor to keep multiple sites running like a well‑polished machine. This role blends practical cleaning, quality audits, and team development. If you’re the kind of person who notices the missed corner and fixes it, then shows others how not to miss it next time, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning operations across multiple sites in Barnsley and Doncaster
• Carry out regular cleaning audits and ensure high standards are consistently met
• Train, coach, and support cleaning staff to improve performance and confidence
• Step in with cleaning duties when needed
• Monitor supplies and report any shortages or issues
• Maintain clear communication with management and site contacts

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning and/or supervisory experience
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
• Ability to travel between sites reliably
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Comfortable training and guiding staff
• Must be able to pass a DBS check
