We’re recruiting for a Hotel General Manager to lead a well‑established 3‑star seaside property in Bournemouth, which largely caters for coach holidays. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys a hands‑on role, developing teams and delivering memorable guest experiences in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing hotel performance against budgets and P&L targets
- Leading, motivating and developing department teams
- Ensuring excellent guest service across all areas
- Overseeing compliance, health & safety and company procedures
- Supporting staffing levels across key trading periods, including weekends
- Planning maintenance and capital improvements
- Driving revenue opportunities and operational efficiency
- Leading from the front with a visible, hands‑on approach
What we’re looking for
- Previous senior‑level hotel management experience
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills
- The ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
- Excellent customer service standardsConfidence handling HR matters and people processes
