Sodali, the global consultancy specializing in corporate governance and shareholder services, is seeking a Sales and Business Development candidate to network and develop business within the community of investment bankers and lawyers who focus on global corporate transactions, capital raising, M&A, capital restructurings, contests for control and other corporate actions.
The position will be based in our central London office (W1) and will report to Sodali’s Head of Business Development. This is an opportunity for an individual with a proven track record, interested in further exploiting networking and business development skills and growing opportunities within the company.

REQUIREMENTS
- Over 5 years’ experience in business development in London, preferably specializing in advisory services and consulting in financial services or financial communications, investment banking, M&A, legal, investor relations or related services.
- Proven Track record, preferably dealing with CEOs, CFOs, Board secretaries, or Investor Relations officers of listed companies, investment bankers, M&A lawyers and financial communications consultants.
