Accounts Assistant (Temporary)

MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a local organisation based in Carryduff to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a temporary, full-time basis.

The Company

The company is a small, close-knit team environment where you will work closely with the Company Accountant and assisting the team as they seek additional finance support.

The Role

Reporting to the Company Accountant, this role will involve:

• Processing a backlog of invoices
• Using SAGE for invoice entry and maintaining financial records
• Supporting the day-to-day accounts function
• Assisting with general ad hoc duties as required

The Person

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience using SAGE
• Invoice processing experience
• A proactive and hands-on approach
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred

The Rewards

• £14.50 per hour

• Experience working closely with the Company Accountant
