The Opportunity


A dynamic, high-performing corporate finance team is seeking an M&A Director to deliver some of the UK’s most interesting mid-market M&A transactions. This is your chance to join a team with a substantial pipeline, strong brand, and meaningful progression to Managing Director.


You’ll have instant impact, working closely with MDs on high-value private equity and strategic sell-side mandates across Business Services and related sectors, while mentoring associates and driving team growth.

What We’re Looking For



  • A junior or an established Director in mid-market M&A, eager to take on a senior, client-facing leadership role.

  • Demonstrable track record in executing and overseeing M&A transactions in the £50m–£300m+ EV range, ideally with significant private equity experience.

  • Board-level presence and proven ability to cultivate relationships with investors and senior executives.

  • Experience gained at a top-tier investment bank, leading boutique, or top Accountancy firm.

  • Sector expertise in Business Services (tech-enabled, human capital, FM, waste, etc.) is valuable but not essential—sector knowledge can be developed within the team.
