IT Field Engineer
Location:Fermanagh (serving UK & Ireland)
Salary:£28K+ (depending on experience)

The Role
As an IT Field Engineer, youll be the trusted expert our clients rely ondelivering hands-on technical support, solving problems, and ensuring systems run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to expert for technical support and troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Maintain accurate and organised documentation
- Communicate technical concepts clearly – keeping things simple for clients
- Work both independently and collaboratively with the wider team
What Youll Need
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
- Understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota
- Full, valid drivers licence
- Basic DIY skills (desirable, not essential)
