We now wish to recruit for the following position:
Assistant Cook (Ref No: AC27/01)
Responsibilities will be to support the day to day running of the canteen facility.
The Role:
Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen
Ensuring the planning, preparation and cooking of food is always to the highest standard.
To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire and hygiene
Maintenance of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and serving area
Ability to manage and complete required documentation to cover due diligence, ensuring HACCP records are up to date.

The Person:
Previous Experience working in a similar role
Flexible and adaptable approach
Good communication skills – written and verbal
The ability to demonstrate great team work skills
Basic Food Hygiene
Hours of Work:
Monday – Friday 8.00/9.00am – 4.00pm (to be confirmed)
Flexible hours may be required on a Saturday as part of a rota.
