*The Role*
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join our established and busy department. This is a high-quality role where you will be expected to hit the ground running with a mixed caseload.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Drafting Wills and Codicils.* Administering estates, including high-net-worth and complex probate matters.* Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.* Advising on Trust creation and administration.* Providing expert advice on Inheritance Tax and succession planning.* Actively participating in business development and networking to further the firm’s presence in the region.
*About You*
The successful candidate will ideally have 3-5 years’ PQE, though we welcome applications from candidates at all levels who can demonstrate the required expertise.
We are looking for someone who is:
* Capable of running their own mixed private client caseload with minimal supervision.* Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Commercially minded with a proven track record in billing.* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.* A team player who is keen to contribute to the growth of the department.
