MISSION
As an Office Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the UK office, ensuring smooth administrative, order processing, and customer support activities.
You will play a key role in maintaining efficient internal processes and delivering high-quality service to customers and partners.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond to client inquiries and provide administrative support
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment status
- Generate invoices and support payment tracking
- Support the day-to-day operations of the office
- Monitor and maintain stock levels
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Care, Finance) to ensure smooth operations
PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (experience with order processing is a plus)
- Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus
