About the Role
As Head Dental Nurse, you will take a key leadership position within the clinical team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, high standards of patient care, and full compliance across the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and mentor the dental nursing team
- Ensure full CQC compliance and adherence to cross‑infection protocols
- Manage rotas, staffing levels, and daily clinical workflows
- Provide chairside support across a wide range of treatments
- Oversee stock control and ordering of clinical supplies
- Act as the main point of contact for nursing staff and liaise closely with management
What We're Looking For
- Qualified, GDC‑registered Dental Nurse
- Experience in a senior or lead nursing role (preferred)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and team‑building abilities
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach
