The Role

Working closely with Financial Advisers, you'll provide full administrative support across a range of financial planning activities. This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same.

Key duties will include:

  • Preparing client meeting packs and supporting documentation

  • Liaising with providers and platforms to obtain information and process business

  • Managing adviser diaries and coordinating appointments

  • Maintaining accurate and compliant client records

  • Handling client and provider queries in a professional and timely manner

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the office

About You

  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar financial services support role

  • Experience using Intelligent Office (IO)

  • Confident dealing with providers and investment platforms

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset

  • Able to prioritise workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
