About the Role
We are recruiting a Product Developer – Gift Sets & Packaging with experience in developing retail gift sets, packaging solutions and multi-product assortments across apparel and accessories.
This role focuses on creating commercially strong gift sets, combining products such as hosiery, socks, leggings and jewellery into well-designed, retail-ready packages. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in product development, packaging and gift set creation, with a strong understanding of how these products are built and sold in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Gift Set Development
- Develop a range of gift sets across multiple product categories
- Combine products into commercially viable multi-product assortments
- Build structured gift set ranges aligned to retail requirements
Packaging & Product Design
- Lead the development of packaging concepts and solutions
- Ensure packaging is suitable for retail presentation and scalability
- Work with suppliers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective packaging
Product Development
- Create clear product briefs and specifications
- Work with sourcing teams and factories to develop gift set products
- Oversee development from concept through to final production
Commercial Focus
- Ensure gift sets are designed to meet retailer expectations
- Identify opportunities to expand the gift set offering across categories
- Support the development of a scalable and commercially strong product range
Candidate Profile
- Experience developing gift sets or packaged product ranges
- Background in product development, packaging or design
- Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers
- Strong understanding of retail product presentation and packaging
- Ability to build commercially viable product combinations
