A well-regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Paralegal to join its established team. The role sits alongside experienced fee earners working on a range of private wealth matters, offering hands-on exposure to complex work and close client interaction.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their legal career to build experience across wills, probate, and estate administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting fee earners on a range of private client matters
- Assisting with probate and estate administration files from instruction through to completion
- Preparing and submitting LPAs and handling registrations
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties by telephone and email
- Opening new files and completing client due diligence checks
- Maintaining accurate digital files
- Drafting correspondence and assisting with document preparation
- General administrative support across the Private Client team
What we’re looking for:
- At least 12 months’ experience in a Private Client or Wills & Probate role
- Clear interest in developing within private wealth work
- Strong IT skills
- Organised approach with attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with clients and managing queries
- Able to work as part of a team and support multiple fee earners
