A leading national law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its highly regarded property team based in Birmingham City Centre. The role
You will manage a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, advising on a broad range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing. You will also work on renewable energy projects and complex development matters.
A key focus of the role is strategic land work, including drafting and negotiating:
- Option agreements
- Promotion agreements
- Landowner collaboration and consortium agreements
The work spans both residential and commercial development, with a particular emphasis on acting for landowners on strategic projects.
