We’re looking for the best talent to join our Nando’s team as Supervisors.

What’s a Supervisor we hear you ask? They’re the people in-between the management team and the Nandocas (our team members) in the restaurant. A Supervisor helps run the restaurant and learns the basics of being a manager.

Our Supervisors get great exposure to the world of running a restaurant and managing a team. While gaining that experience, they learn at their own pace before stepping into an Assistant Manager role.
