Contract Programme Manager – Financial Services
London (Hybrid up to 2 days pw in London)
Here at Anson McCade we are supporting a leading financial servicesorganisation to find an experienced Programme Manager to lead the implementation of a new workflow orchestration platform as part of a large‑scale technology transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a complex orchestration platform implementation
- Oversee programme governance, planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
- Coordinate internationally distributed delivery teams across multiple countries
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, resilience, and delivery confidence
Required Experience
- Demonstrable experience delivering a workflow orchestration platform, with strong preference for Appian or Pega
- Track record of delivering complex, international technology programmes
- Experience managing teams and suppliers across multiple geographies
