We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Halldale Group, part of Montgomery Group. Halldale Group specialises in B2B media and international events, serving the global aviation and safety-critical training and simulation community. Our central London, dog-friendly offices are close to the bustle of Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with private access to Manchester Square Gardens. Hybrid working is offered with a minimum of four days in the office (Monday to Thursday). Core hours are 9.00am–5.30pm; flexibility outside these hours will be required to meet business needs.

The Role

We are seeking a capable and driven Business Development Manager to support the continued commercial growth of Halldale’s portfolio of international conferences, exhibitions and media products.

You will be responsible for selling exhibition space, sponsorship packages and advertising solutions to both existing and prospective clients across EMEA and APAC. This is a consultative B2B sales role requiring strong relationship management, commercial focus and personal accountability.

Working closely with Marketing, Editorial and Operations, you will contribute directly to the ongoing success and development of our events and media platforms.
